This white wine is a cuvée of Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc. The white wine cuvée reveals in the nose a slightly spicy nose marked by Pinot Gris. The taste of this white wine reminds of ripe fruit. The taste is rounded off by an excellently integrated light wood note and the exciting Burgundian acidity structure.
The Cuvée GRAU WEISS trocken 2018 from the Max Müller I winery in Volkach is an excellent accompaniment to beef and other hearty dishes. Its optimal drinking temperature is between 8 - 10°C.
