Expressive, juicy and fresh - an excellent Pinot Gris from the Saale
.The dry Pinot Gris Tultewitzer Bünauer Berg from the Zahn winery appears in the glass with a bright straw yellow and old gold reflections. On the nose, this wine from the Saale region offers a scent of pear compote, ripe apples and spices. On the palate, the Pinot Gris is full-bodied, juicy and fresh with a delicate melt.
Vinification
Long maceration and gentle pressing. The Pinot Gris was fermented cool (15-18°C) and got a short yeast storage partly in wooden barrels, partly in stainless steel tanks.
Recommendation for this wine
The Pinot Gris Tultewitzer Bünauer Berg is a great companion to grilled fish, baked poultry and light grilled meat.
