A Merlot made for the evening for two
The 2015 Merlot from the Bus winery in the Palatinate is an elegant and velvety soft red wine.
Taste and appearance:
The 2015 Merlot is a fruity, full-bodied and full-bodied red wine. The red wine was stored in stainless steel tanks for fermentation. The ageing, on the other hand, took place in barrique barrels. Therefore, the Merlot shows a very finely integrated discreet wood note in the taste.
This Pfälzer Merlot from the Bus Winery is a perfect match for beef, game and cheese. But also enjoyed alone, this excellent red wine is a very fine drop. The recommended drinking temperature is 18 - 20 °C.
