This white wine (Blanc de Noir) made from red Merlot grapes was matured dry in stainless steel tanks.

Taste and appearance:
In the glass, the Blanc de Noir from the Bus winery in Insheim has a very beautiful light straw-yellow colour.

The nose reveals fine aromas of pear, apple, dragon fruit and peach.

Look forward to a crisp, fresh and wonderfully palatable drinking pleasure with tropical exoticism, fine melting and a racy interplay of delicate acidity and subtle fruit sweetness. You won't stop at just one glass of this delicious Blanc de Noir. That's for sure.

The recommended drinking temperature is 5 - 8 °C.

The Blanc de Noir from the Bus winery goes perfectly with beef, game and cheese. But we also like to drink this tasty white wine from the Pfalz region solo in the evening as a couple or with friends.
