The South Tyrolean Weissburgunder Pataun 2019 from Plars Castle is a fruity, delicate white wine with a straw-yellow colour. The Pinot Blanc shows intense aromas of Williams pear, sweet apples, some banana and white peach. An elegant body and a fine acidity characterise the taste of this excellent Weissburgunder. It is excellent with white meat, pasta dishes, pâtés and as an aperitif wine. But also solo, the South Tyrolean Pinot Blanc Pataun 2019 from Schloss Plars is always a recommendation.
