The dry Müller-Thurgau from Weingut Zahn appears in the wine glass with a light, bright yellow with greenish reflections. The nose has a scent of nutmeg and ripe pears. On the palate, the Müller-Thurgau is juicy, fresh and pleasantly dry. Just typical Müller-Thurgau.
Vinification
Short maceration time and gentle pressing. The Müller-Thurgau was fermented cool (15-18°C) and got a short yeast storage in stainless steel tanks.
