This deep, dark, fruit-driven dry Dornfelder from the Rummel winery in the Palatinate is a first-class estate wine with ageing potential. Its fruity notes are reminiscent of cherries and pickled cranberries. On the palate, the Dornfelder is intense and multi-layered, with refreshing acidity that is wonderfully integrated into the charming fruit.

The red wine was fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks.

This Dornfelder from the Rummel Winery in the Palatinate pairs superbly with beef, game and cheese. But even enjoyed on its own, this first-class red wine is a real treat.
