Kollerhof PIWI Cabernet Blanc dry - Wine from Southern Styria
The PIWI wine Cabernet Blanc from the Kollerhof winery in southern Styria in Austria convinces with its animating bouquet of blackcurrants, cassis leaves, a hint of green bananas as well as an attractive and animating melange of berry fruits and herbal spice. The dry white wine seduces with its invigorating acidity on the palate. It is herbaceous and almost peppery in the medium-long finish and shows a little mint in the aftertaste.
