Special grapes from sites selected by the cellar master produce expressive, varietally typical and complex wines. The grapes for this elegant and fresh Chardonnay come from vineyards on the Ritten above Bolzano, where the vines thrive at 550 metres above sea level on warm porphyry slopes.Harvest

After particularly gentle pressing of the grapes, fermentation and ageing on fine yeast in steel tanks. Part of the wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation in barriques.
